We strongly advise you to review your order carefully before submission, as Scent Grade may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted and processing has begun.

 

All purchases are subject to return or exchange exclusively in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Eligible returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

You represent and warrant that your purchases from Scent Grade are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

 

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice at any time. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. You and Scent Grade consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in the jurisdiction where Scent Grade is headquartered for any disputes arising under these Terms.

At Scent Grade, we are committed to operating in compliance with all applicable US sales tax laws and regulations. Sales tax is automatically calculated during checkout based on the destination of the shipment and the tax requirements established by the respective state or local jurisdiction.
