Suspicious Order & Payment Verification Policy

At Scent Grade, we are committed to protecting our customers and preventing fraudulent transactions. To safeguard both our business and legitimate customers, certain orders may require additional verification before they are processed.

Orders may be flagged for review if they exhibit characteristics commonly associated with fraudulent activity, including but not limited to:

• High-value purchases.
• Multiple sample, decant, same SKU or discovery-size products purchased in a single order.
• Multiple orders placed within a short period of time.
• Billing and shipping address discrepancies.
• Use of freight forwarding services or high-risk shipping destinations.
• Orders identified by our payment processor or fraud detection systems as high risk.
• Any other activity that, in our sole discretion, requires additional verification.

For orders flagged as suspicious, Scent Grade reserves the right to:

• Request additional identity or payment verification.
• Require payment via bank wire transfer instead of credit card or other payment methods.
• Contact the customer to verify order details.
• Delay shipment until verification has been successfully completed.
• Cancel and refund the order if verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction or if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Bank wire transfers are requested solely as a fraud prevention measure for certain high-risk transactions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of order acceptance. Scent Grade reserves the right to refuse service, cancel any order, or limit quantities at its sole discretion.

By placing an order with Scent Grade, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this verification process when requested.
