Shipping policy
At Scent Grade, we are committed to ensuring that every order is processed, handled, and delivered with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism. The following policy outlines our shipping standards, timelines, and customer responsibilities.
1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
- All orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding Sundays and federally recognized U.S. holidays.
- Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard shipping is provided through USPS Ground Advantage , FEDEX, UPS OR DHL.
- A flat shipping fee of $10 applies to all orders under $90.
- Complimentary shipping is offered on orders valued at $90 or more.
3. Canada Shipping
- Orders shipped to Canada qualify for free shipping on purchases over $150 CAD.
- Orders below this threshold are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.
4. International Shipping & Customs
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary by destination.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Scent Grade does not assume liability for delays caused by customs clearance.
5. Shipping Address Policy
- Orders are shipped exclusively to the address provided and verified at checkout.
- Post-order modifications to shipping addresses are not permitted. Customers requiring an address correction must cancel the original order and submit a new one.
6. Return to Sender Policy
- If a shipment is returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the following conditions apply:
- Reshipment: A flat fee of $10 will be charged.
- Refund: The original shipping cost will be deducted, along with a 10% restocking fee.
- Shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable.
In the event of an error attributable to Scent Grade (e.g., incorrect labeling), the company assumes full responsibility and will reship at no additional charge.
7. Unverified Addresses
- If an address cannot be validated through carrier systems, Scent Grade will contact the customer for confirmation.
- If confirmation is not received within 72 hours, the order will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
8. Refused or Abandoned Shipments
- Customers who refuse delivery of an order are responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees
- Return shipping charges
- These amounts will be deducted from the refund issued.
