At Scent Grade, operated by Maison Royal Holding LLC, we are committed to ensuring that every order is processed, handled, and delivered with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism.
1. Order Processing and Fulfillment
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 5 business days, excluding Sundays and federally recognized US holidays. Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or if an item is on backorder.
Backordered items will be clearly marked on product pages with estimated shipping timelines. Customers will be notified if their order contains a backordered product.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
Shipping Restrictions
• All domestic orders are shipped via ground transport only: USPS Ground Advantage, UPS Ground, or FedEx Ground.
• Air shipping (Priority Mail, overnight, or 2-day air) is not available for fragrance products due to carrier regulations.
• Return shipments must also use a ground shipping service. Any return label issued by Scent Grade will be for ground transport only.
• We strongly recommend purchasing a sample or discovery set before committing to a full bottle, as opened or sprayed products cannot be returned.

Carriers used: USPS Ground Advantage, FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or DHL. The carrier is selected based on efficiency and service availability at the time of fulfillment.

4. International Shipping and Customs
We ship to most international destinations. Rates and transit times vary by location.

Once an international order is handed to the shipping carrier, Scent Grade is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft during transit or after delivery. In the event of a lost, damaged, or stolen package, the customer is responsible for filing claims directly with the carrier.
5. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel or modify an order only if it has not yet been shipped and a tracking number has not been generated. To request a cancellation, contact support@scentgrade.com as soon as possible.
Once a tracking number has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled. Any such request will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Shipping Address Policy
Orders are shipped to the address provided and verified at checkout. Post-order modifications to shipping addresses are not permitted. Customers requiring an address correction must cancel the original order and submit a new one.
7. Unverified Addresses
If a shipping address cannot be validated through carrier systems, Scent Grade will contact the customer for confirmation. If we do not receive confirmation within 72 hours, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
8. Return to Sender
If a shipment is returned due to an invalid, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer:
• Reshipment: a flat fee of $10 will be charged for the second shipping attempt.
• Refund: if a refund is requested, the original shipping cost plus a 15% restocking fee will be deducted.
• Shipping fees and insurance costs are non-refundable.
If the error is attributable to Scent Grade, we will reship at no additional charge.
9. Refused or Abandoned Shipments
If you refuse delivery of an order, the original shipping costs, applicable duties, taxes, and return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund issued.
10. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, Scent Grade is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with the carrier. If you purchased optional Package Protection (Insurance) at checkout, submit your claim through that service.
If you opted out of signature confirmation or shipping insurance, you assume full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage once the carrier marks the package as delivered.
11. International Shipments — Duties and Taxes
International shipping charges do not include customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If an international shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or customs issues, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs, all customs duties and taxes, and any return shipping or handling fees. These costs will be deducted from any eligible refund.
