Due to high order volumes, most purchases are processed within 1–5 business days and delivered within 3–6 business days, depending on your location.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for perfumes, room sprays, and spray-based products only, if they are unused, unsprayed, unopened, and in original packaging. Candles, cosmetics, skincare, and testers are final sale. To start a return, email support@scentgrade.com with your order number, reason, and photos if needed. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection. Items showing signs of use, tampering, or missing original packaging
eligible for a refund. All returns undergo product verification to prevent counterfeit or altered items.
